They feared they might go through the whole season without a win, but Zombies! defeated Toe Ballers 1-1 in this week 5 match-up. This is Toe Ballers’s first tie this season and they’re currently sitting in sixth place in the standings. Matt was the star player for Toe Ballers this week. They scored the only goal for them.This win for the Zombies! came as a bit of a surprise considering it’s week 5 and they have only scored less than a handful goals. For Toe Ballers next they take on Alright Alright Alright (1-2-2). Exiting week 5, Zombies! looks ahead to Blue Guys (3-1-0) who are next on the docket.

Train Wreck (5-0) vs. Blue Guys (3-1) – Wednesday, August 28, 2019

Train Wreck controlled this game in shut out fashion against Blue Guys with a final score of 3-0. This is Blue Guys’s first loss of the season. Train Wreck are having an amazing offensive season. They’re averaging 4 goals per game. Matt scored a hat trick to spearhead the club’s offense. Zombies! (1-2-2) are next up on the docket for Blue Guys, as they look to get back on track. On Wednesday, Train Wreck seeks to stay perfect with a contest versus Chicago Handshakes (2-0-2).

Alright Alright Alright (1-2-2) vs. FAM (0-2-2) – Wednesday, August 28, 2019

They feared they might go through the whole season without a win, but Alright Alright Alright tied FAM 0-0 in this week 5 match-up. Exiting week 5, Alright Alright Alright will look ahead to Toe Ballers (1-2-1) who are next on the calendar. FAM don’t have a reputation of scoring a lot of goals this season, so this result wasn’t much of a surprise. For FAM next they take on Toe Ballers (1-2-1).

Chicago Handshakes (2-0-2) vs. Kick in a Box (0-4-1) – Wednesday, August 28, 2019

Chicago Handshakes played well here and blanked Kick in a Box with a final score of 3-0. This is the second week in a row Chicago Handshakes took home the win. Justin accounted for two goals. Their goalie stone-walled Kick in a Box, earning a shutout for their record. Kick in a Box didn’t have their best stuff on offense in this one and came short of making it onto the scoreboard. Next week, Chicago Handshakes faces off against Train Wreck (5-0-0) in an attempt to remain unblemished.   Next week, Kick in a Box will attempt to put a 1 in the win column with a match-up against Blue Guys (3-1-0).
