Train Wreck (2-0) vs. Kick in a Box (0-1-1) – Wednesday, August 7, 2019

Train Wreck were amazing in this shut out against Kick in a Box with a final score of 4-0. Kick in a Box didn’t have their best stuff on the offensive end in this one, scoring fewer than their total from their opening contest.  As for Kick in a Box next on the calendar is Toe Ballers (0-1-0) as they strive to rebound. Train Wreck are heating up, winning both of their games so far this season. Cody and Clay both contributed to the final score with 2 and 1 goals respectively. The defenders did a great job in this game by helping their goalkeeper earn a clean sheet. Exiting week 2, Train Wreck will look ahead to keep their early season momentum. This week Train Wreck will battle Alright Alright Alright (1-0-1).   

Alright Alright Alright (1-0-1) vs. Zombies! (0-2) – Wednesday, August 7, 2019

Alright Alright Alright shut out Zombies! with a final score of just 1-0. Alright Alright Alright brought their A game on the defensive end, allowing fewer goals than they gave up in their opening game. Pete prevented the team’s loss by scoring their only goal. Their goalkeeper, Zac, deserves much of the credit after earning a shutout.  Alright Alright Alright will attempt to stay atop the Standings with another W in week 3. Train Wreck (2-0-0) are next on the docket for Alright Alright Alright.  Despite the loss, these guys played their A game defensively in this one, allowing less goals than they gave up in their first match.  For Zombies! next on the schedule is Chicago Handshakes (0-0-1) as they attempt to come back from this one.
