Earning their first win of the season, Old Town Road beat Messi Diapers 1-0. Old Town Road really showed up on defense, beating their season goals against average of 2.7 goals per game. Evan Rosselot prevented the team’s loss by scoring their only goal. Their goalie, Kendall Ryan, is credited with the clean sheet. Earning their first win of the season, Liquorpool beat #SquadGoals 1-0. This was one of two games for #SquadGoals this week. If they had only this game, it might have been a different result, but unfortunately it was their first loss of the season. Old Town Road (1-2-0) is next up on the calendar for #SquadGoals, as they look to rebound. Liquorpool really fought hard for this game, earning the victory, despite scoring less than their average goals per game of 1.5. To provide some scoring, Ben Ho prevented the loss by scoring their only goal. The defenders are the unsung heroes of this match for helping Jack earn a clean sheet. #SquadGoals (3-1) vs. The Jellyshots (0-3) – Wednesday, August 28, 2019

#SquadGoals were amazing in this shut out against The Jellyshots with a final score of 6-0. This was one of two games for #SquadGoals this week. This was the better played match, which helped them lock in their #5 rank in the standings table. Carlos scored a hat trick to help get the team the win. The other three goals came from the team of Allie Cummings, Nikil Satish, and Ashley Rivera. Next up for #SquadGoals is a Game versus Old Town Road (1-2-0). The Jellyshots struggled to get it going in this game, and failed to make it onto the scoreboard. Shticks blanked Velvet Taquitos with a final score of just 1-0. Shticks continued their winning streak this week and are officially on fire. Michael prevented the team’s loss by scoring their only goal. Shout-out to goalkeeper, Alec Greenberg, for the shutout!
