INDY Team #1 (1-2) vs. INDY Team #2 (0-3) – Thursday, August 1, 2019

Going into this game, both teams were hungry for their first win of the season. Finally breaking their losing streak, INDY Team #1 grabbed a win against INDY Team #2 with a final score of 5-1. INDY Team #2 really didn’t have their best stuff on the offensive end in this one, scoring less than their average of 1.3 goals per game this year. Patrick Morrissey scored the only goal for INDY Team #2 to get their team on the board.  On Thursday, INDY Team #2 will attempt to get on the board with a win with a match-up against Chingbos (3-0-0). First shout-out goes to Federico Buonerba of INDY Team #1 who now has the most goals in the league with 5 goals. Federico Buonerba was unstoppable and scored 4 goals to spearhead the team’s offense. Ridwan Islam also contributed to the team’s final score. Rapinoe’s Gator Squad (2-1-0) are next up on the docket for INDY Team #1, as they look to keep it going. 

Chingbos (3-0) vs. Rapinoe’s Gator Squad (2-1) – Thursday, August 1, 2019

Chingbos and Rapinoe’s Gator Squad competed in a low scoring affair, combining for three goals. Chingbos took home the 2-1 victory. Currently undefeated, Chingbos sit in 1st place in the standings with 3 wins. Tory and Kassidy scored one goal to help gain the squad the W. This is Rapinoe’s Gator Squad’s first loss of the season. Will scored the only goal for Rapinoe’s Gator Squad to save them from a shutout. Chingbos will seek to remain perfect next Thursday with a date against INDY Team #2 (0-3-0).   INDY Team #1 (1-2-0) are next up on the schedule for Rapinoe’s Gator Squad, as they look to get into the winner’s circle.
