Earlier in the season, these teams tied, but Fat Cat grabbed a 2-1 win against Larry’s V2.0 in this rematch. Larry’s V2.0 were unable to get rolling in this one, scoring less than their average of 2.0 GPG for the season. David O’Brien scored the only goal for Larry’s V2.0 to save them from a shutout. Next up for Larry’s V2.0 is a showdown against Cheeky Monkey (3-1-2), as they try to bounce back. This was one of two games for Fat Cat this week. This was the better played match, which helped them claim their #1 rank in the standings table. Michael Garai accounted for one goal to steer the squad’s offense. On Thursday, Fat Cat will attempt to remain unblemished with a contest against INDY Team #4 (0-6-0).

Earlier in the season, these teams tied, but Fat Cat grabbed a 0-0 win against Cheeky Monkey in this rematch. This result is a drastic change from Cheeky Monkey’s week 3 team-record high of 6 goals. For Cheeky Monkey they will go toe to toe with Larry’s V2.0 (2-3-1). Fat Cat was fired up for a double header this week. Perhaps on a night they only had one game, this tie could have been a victory. Exiting week 5, Fat Cat looks ahead to INDY Team #4 (0-6-0) who are next on the docket.

It’s A Llama (4-2) vs. INDY Team #4 (0-6) – Thursday, September 19, 2019

As they did earlier in the year, It’s A Llama won the rematch against INDY Team #4. This game finished with a final score of 4-2. This is the second week in a row It’s A Llama took home the win. Angel Mendez kicked two goals to steer the team’s offense. Despite losing, INDY Team #4 did everything they could on the offensive end, exceeding their average of 1.7 goals per game this year. Alex Rodriguez was the star player for INDY Team #4 this week. They scored all two goals for their team. Fat Cat (3-0-3) are next up on the schedule for It’s A Llama, as they look to keep it going.   Next Thursday, INDY Team #4 will try to get on the board with a win with a match-up versus Fat Cat (3-0-3).
