In this Semi-Final game, Banana Bread at Work, Bro took on Tribe FC. Dave Overs scored the only goal for Tribe FC to save them from a shutout. They weren’t the favored team, but Sick Kickers upset LPSE in this Semi-Final match. This is LPSE’s first loss of the season. Antonio Desario scored the only goal for LPSE to prevent the shutout. The star player for Sick Kickers in this game was Travis, who scored all three of the team’s goals. This semi-final win for Sick Kickers advanced them to the championship game. Sick Kickers had two games this week. The losing team still had notable players including Travis who scored two goals for Sick Kickers. To seal the deal, Banana Bread at Work, Bro scored 7 goals, with Brandon Sullivan, Lianna Simms, Robert, Nena, and AJ each scoring one and Benjamin Wallace scoring two. Congratulations to Banana Bread at Work, Bro on a great season and their championship win! We hope to see this squad return to defend their title. Losing the championship game is never easy, but Sick Kickers lost with grace. We hope to see them back next season for another chance at the title.
