Cheeky Monkey (1-0-1) vs. The Little Kicks (1-2) – Thursday, April 25, 2019

Earning their first win of the season, Cheeky Monkey beat The Little Kicks 3-1. Mark Araci, Jan, and Thomas each scored in this victory for Cheeky Monkey.  The Little Kicks were unable to get rolling in this one, scoring fewer than their average of 1.3 goals per game this season.  Nick Tollefson scored the only goal for The Little Kicks to prevent the shutout. Next Thursday, Cheeky Monkey seeks to stay undefeated with a Game against Steve Mahanahan’s Child Clown Outlet (2-1-0).   Next up for The Little Kicks is a match-up against Enova FC (0-2-0), as they try to bounce back.

 

Steve Mahanahan’s Child Clown Outlet (2-1) vs. Enova FC (0-2) – Thursday, April 25, 2019

In this match, Steve Mahanahan’s Child Clown Outlet beat Enova FC 3-1. Michael Garai, Seamus Fitzgerald, and Lukas Keapproth all scored one goal in their clubs win.  Enova FC had two games this week. Both matches were losses dropping them to the #7 rank in the standings. Ken Chu scored the only goal for Enova FC to save them from a shutout.  Next Thursday, Enova FC battles against The Little Kicks (1-2-0) in an attempt to get off the schneid.  Next up for Steve Mahanahan’s Child Clown Outlet is a throwdown against Cheeky Monkey (1-0-1).

 

Game of Throw-Ins (3-0) vs. INDY Team #3 (0-3) – Thursday, April 25, 2019

Game of Throw-Ins put on a show on both sides of the pitch against INDY Team #3 with a final score of 3-0. Game of Throw-Ins offense was on a roll in this match, Jackson Tibbett, Lauren Chilcott, and Nicole LaFonte all scored one goal in the shut out win.  Next week, Game of Throw-Ins will attempt to stay unbeaten with a date against It’s A Llama (2-1-0).  INDY Team #3 had a double header. Both matches were losses, which now gives them a 3-game losing streak.  On Thursday, INDY Team #3 will seek to get their first win versus Da Sleeping Bears (1-1-1).

 

Cheeky Monkey (1-0-1) vs. Enova FC (0-2) – Thursday, April 25, 2019

Going into this game, both teams were hungry for their first win of the season.  With a final score of 4-3, Cheeky Monkey emerged with a nail-biter victory against Enova FC.  Thomas led the way for Cheeky Monkey scoring the hat trick, while Mark Araci added a goal of his own.  Enova FC still had notable players including Ken Chu, who had one goal for Enova FC.  Cheeky Monkey will look to stay perfect on Thursday with a pairing against Steve Mahanahan’s Child Clown Outlet (2-1-0).   Enova FC attempts to break their winless streak next Thursday with a match-up against The Little Kicks (1-2-0).

 

Game of Throw-Ins (3-0) vs. Da Sleeping Bears (1-1-1) – Thursday, April 25, 2019

Game of Throw-Ins beat Da Sleeping Bears 3-1 in this game. Ethan scored two goals while Jackson Tibbett added one goal in the impressive performance in this win.  Next week, Game of Throw-Ins battle against It’s A Llama (2-1-0) in an attempt to stay unbeaten.  This is Da Sleeping Bears’s first loss of the season. Will  scored the only goal for Da Sleeping Bears to prevent the shutout.  INDY Team #3 (0-3-0) are next up on the docket for Da Sleeping Bears, as they attempt to rebound.

 

It’s A Llama (2-1) vs. INDY Team #3 (0-3) – Thursday, April 25, 2019

It’s A Llama were amazing in this shut out against INDY Team #3 with a final score of 6-0. Goals were being scored from all over in this one, Angel Mendez and Laura Sloman each scored two goals, while Jorge and Simon each added a goal of their own.  INDY Team #3 had two games this week. Sadly, they lost both matches, which now gives them a 3-game losing streak.  INDY Team #3 looks to get their first win next Thursday with a match-up versus Da Sleeping Bears (1-1-1). Game of Throw-Ins (3-0-0) are next up on the calendar for It’s A Llama, as they look to keep it going.
