Toe Ballers (3-0) vs. Atletico WB (2-1) – Sunday, July 14, 2019

Toe Ballers and Atletico WB played a close one up to the last minute with a final score of 3-2. The losing team still had notable players including Edgardo Devariel, who scored one goal for Atletico WB.  Next up for Atletico WB is a showdown against Red Ryans (2-1-0), as they look to get back on track. Winning all of their games so far this season, Toe Ballers seem to be the team to try to beat. Chris Bain, Lauren, and Landon all scored one goal to help earn the club the win. Next Sunday, Toe Ballers battles against Burn Early (2-1-0) in an attempt to remain undefeated. 

Indy Team #2 (1-1-1) vs. Net Six and Chill (0-2-1) – Sunday, July 14, 2019

Indy Team #2 tied Net Six and Chill 2-2. This is Net Six and Chill’s first tie this season and they’re currently sitting in 11th place in the standings. Chris was the star player for Net Six and Chill this week. They scored all two goals for their team. This week’s result puts Indy Team #2 in ninth place in the standings. Steven Tsonis and Max Levine netted one goal to help earn the team the W.  For Net Six and Chill they will face off with Chicago Chubs (3-0-0).  Exiting week 3, Indy Team #2 will look ahead to Si Se Puede! (1-2-0) who are next on the docket.

Si Se Puede! (1-2) vs. Red Ryans (2-1) – Sunday, July 14, 2019

Earning their first win of the season, Si Se Puede! beat Red Ryans 1-0. This is Red Ryans’s first loss of the season. Si Se Puede! showed up in this one, beating their average of 0.3 goals per game.  To help earn the club the win, John prevented the loss by scoring their only goal.  The defenders did a great job in this game by helping Jamey Schilling earn a clean sheet. Atletico WB (2-1-0) is next up on the docket for Red Ryans, as they look to get back on track.  Indy Team #2 (1-1-1) are next up on the calendar for Si Se Puede!, as they look to keep it going. 

Might Be Messi (2-1) vs. Netkicks and Chill (0-3) – Sunday, July 14, 2019

Might Be Messi were amazing in this shut out against Netkicks and Chill with a final score of 4-0. Netkicks and Chill struggled to get it going in this one, and suffered a shutout.  Next week, Netkicks and Chill will try to break their winless streak with a match-up versus The Benders (2-1-0). Might Be Messi really showed up in this one, surpassing their average of 2.0 goals per game.  Jonathan Miller accounted for two goals while Adam Matsil and Guy scored one. The defenders are the unsung heroes of this match for helping Matthew Altman earn a shut out. Next up for Might Be Messi is a showdown versus INDY Team #10 (0-3-0). 

Chicago Chubs (3-0) vs. For Fuchs Sake (2-1) – Sunday, July 14, 2019

Chicago Chubs controlled this game in shut out fashion against For Fuchs Sake with a final score of 2-0. Chicago Chubs continued their winning streak this week and are officially on fire. Scott Nelson and David both kicked one goal. Shout-out to goalkeeper, Mark Nelson, for the shutout! Next Sunday, Chicago Chubs face off against Net Six and Chill (0-2-1) in an attempt to stay perfect.  This is For Fuchs Sake’s first loss of the season.  Next up for For Fuchs Sake is a battle against Belvedere Trading (0-3-0), as they look to rebound.

The Benders (2-1) vs. Belvedere Trading (0-3) – Sunday, July 14, 2019

The Benders got an easy win this week since Belvedere Trading forfeited this match. The forfeit puts Belvedere Trading in 12th place in the standings table.  Next week, Belvedere Trading will try to get their first win with a match-up against For Fuchs Sake (2-1-0). The Benders are heating up with two wins in a row. Netkicks and Chill (0-3-0) are next up on the schedule for The Benders, as they look to keep it going. 

Burn Early (2-1) vs. INDY Team #10 (0-3) – Sunday, July 14, 2019

Burn Early beat INDY Team #10 6-1 in this game. INDY Team #10 really didn’t have their best showing on the defensive end in this one, giving up more goals than their average of 5.0 goals against per game for the year. Tim Haaf scored the only goal for INDY Team #10 to get their team on the board.  On Sunday, INDY Team #10 faces off against Might Be Messi (2-1-0) in an attempt to put a 1 in the win column. Burn Early really brought their A game in this game, exceeding their average of 2.7 goals per game.  Ryan Lindquist racked up a hat trick to help get the group the win while Matt Stern kicked two and Christopher Schlekser had one. Next up for Burn Early is a Game versus Toe Ballers (3-0-0).
