Team America (6-0-1) vs. Net Breakers (1-4-2) – Friday, May 17, 2019
In this Last Week of Regular Season game, Team America took on the Net Breakers, beating them 6-0 behind goals from Anthony Mslanka, Emily, Allison, Matt, and two from Mike Dash. The last time these two teams met in week 3, Team America won 3-0. The results weren’t much different this time around. Net Breakers had two games this week. They struggled in this match, and they now sit in 3rd place in the standings. Next up for Net Breakers is a coveted bye week. Next up for Team America is a coveted bye week.
INDY Team #3 (2-5) vs. The Toe (4-2-2) – Friday, May 17, 2019
The Toe took on INDY Team #3 in this week 6 matchup. INDY Team #3 defeated their opponents with a great showing on offense and defense, winning 5-0 behind goals from Adam, Nico, Reed Rising and two from Drego Kutil. The Toe had a double header this week, but the defense crumbled in critical moments in this game. The Toe now enters the playoffs where they will take on Rooney Toons next Friday. INDY Team #3 also earned a spot in the playoffs, where they will match up against Net Breakers to see who gets to play Team America in the next round.
Net Breakers (1-4-2) vs. Rooney Toons (2-4-1) – Friday, May 17, 2019
It was an exciting week in which Net Breakers and Rooney Toons tied 5-5 in a shootout. Scoring for Net Breakers was Leon Corriea with two goals and Johnathan Portugal with a hat trick. For Rooney Toons, their offense was led by a hat trick from Nico and goals from Brenna Conley and their substitute player. Next up for Rooney Toons is a playoff match up against the Toe. Net Breakers ends their season in 5th place.

In this matchup, Team America took on The Toe and defeated them by a narrow margin of 3-2. Both teams had two games this week. The competition was extremely close, but Team America ended up ahead behind two goals from Bobby and one from Matt. Though they ended up losing, The Toe still showed some great offense behind goals from Andrea Lamb and Michael Gomez. The Toe takes on Rooney Toons next week in the playoffs and Team America will play the winner of Net Breakers and INDY Team #3.
