Shenanigans (5-0-1) vs. Team #7 (2-3-1) – Friday, July 26, 2019
Grabbing the same result as they did earlier in the year, Shenanigans won the second go-around against Team #7. This game finished with a final score of 2-1. Shenanigans have a lot of scoring power. They’re averaging 4 goals per game. Brett accounted for two goals and earned the most tallies on the scoresheet. Team #7 really were unable to get rolling in terms of scoring in this game, scoring less than their average of 1.8 GPG for the season. Michael G scored the only goal for Team #7 to get their team on the board. Next week, Shenanigans will attempt to stay perfect with a date against INDY Team #5 (0-6-0). Next up for Team #7 is a match-up against Net Breakers (3-2-1), as they attempt to bounce back.
Net Breakers (3-2-1) vs. INDY Team #5 (0-6) – Friday, July 26, 2019
As was the case earlier this season, Net Breakers won the second go-around against INDY Team #5. This game finished with a final score of 3-0. INDY Team #5 had a double header this week. Disappointingly, they lost both matches dropping them to the #5 rank in the standings. First shout-out goes to Bryan Hancock of Net Breakers who now leads the league with 8 goals. Bryan Hancock scored two goals, while Christopher Cupp scored one. The team’s goalkeeper, Kyle, deserves much of the credit after earning a shutout. INDY Team #5 attempts to get off the schneid next week with a match-up against Shenanigans (5-0-1). Next up for Net Breakers is a contest against Team America (3-2-1).
Team America (3-2-1) vs. INDY Team #5 (0-6) – Friday, July 26, 2019
Just like earlier in the season, Team America won the second go-around against INDY Team #5. This game finished with a final score of 2-0. INDY Team #5 had two games this week. Sadly, they lost both matches and increased their total goal differential to -16. Next Friday, INDY Team #5 will try to break their winless streak with a match-up against Shenanigans (5-0-1). They’re on fire Mark kicked all two goals and earned the most tallies on the scoresheet. The defenders are the unsung heroes of this match for helping Nick earn a clean sheet. Next up for Team America is a throwdown versus Net Breakers (3-2-1).
