Pals from Undergrad FC (4-0) vs. Salesforce (2-1) – Thursday, October 17, 2019

Pals from Undergrad FC were incredible on both sides of the pitch against Salesforce with a final score of 7-0. Pals from Undergrad FC really stepped up in this game, topping their average of 3.5 goals per game.  Adam Glogovsky accounted for two goals. Their goalkeeper, Skyler Tomko, stone-walled Salesforce, earning a shutout for their record. Next Thursday, Pals from Undergrad FC faces off against Slightly outta of college (1-2-1) in an attempt to remain perfect.   Next up for Salesforce is a match-up against Pup N Suds (2-1-1), as they look to get back on track.

Pup N Suds (2-1-1) vs. Urban Initiatives (0-4) – Thursday, October 17, 2019

Pup N Suds and Urban Initiatives participated in a close one up to the last minute with a final score of 3-2. This heartbreaking loss comes when Urban Initiatives scored their personal best of the season. Michael was the star player for Urban Initiatives this week. They scored all two goals for their team. Neil Houlihan tallied a hat trick to help gain the crew the W.  Urban Initiatives seeks to get off the schneid next week with a match-up against IGFC (1-3-0).  Next up for Pup N Suds is a date versus Salesforce (2-1-0). 

IGFC (1-3) vs. Slightly outta of college (1-2-1) – Thursday, October 17, 2019

It took half the season, but IGFC finally earned their first win! They defeated Slightly outta of college 1-0. Slightly outta of college were unable to get rolling in this game, but they’ve had 3 overall goals this season.  Pals from Undergrad FC (4-0-0) is next up on the calendar for Slightly outta of college, as they attempt to rebound. IGFC really fought hard for this one, emerging victorious, despite scoring less than their avg. goals per game of 1.3.  Hector prevented the team’s loss by scoring their only goal. Their goalie, Drew Clark, played very well in the clean sheet. Urban Initiatives (0-4-0) are next up on the calendar for IGFC, as they look to keep it going.
